Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Beauty Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service, using makeup knowledge to reach sales targets and maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment and merchandising, and to promote new launches.

You will build guest experience standards, advise customers on product ranges, demonstrate usage, track sell-out targets, generate daily sales reports, and participate in incentives, with exclusive employee discounts and a dynamic, luxury retail

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for luxury clients
• In-depth product knowledge across beauty brands
• Experience or familiarity with beauty retail environments

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty
• Address customers’ queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets, using makeup knowledge
• Track sell-out targets at store level
• Generate daily sales reports
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
