Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant in Abu Dhabi to deliver outstanding customer service, apply makeup knowledge to meet sales targets, and maintain counter standards and stock. You will engage customers, advise on product ranges, and support promotions and merchandising efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2 years’ beauty industry experience and a passion for luxury brands. The role includes daily sales reporting, stock replenishment, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty
• Address customers’ queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and help meet or surpass expectations
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets, using makeup knowledge
• Track sell-out targets at store level
• Generate daily sales reports
• Participate in achieving incentives
• Track post-launch sales at store level
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store meet brand guidelines
• Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
