Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Reception Manager for the Italian & Seafood Restaurant to lead the front-of-house team within our luxury resort. You will oversee guest arrivals, VIP requests, seating, and service standards to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years managing reception in high-end hospitality, fluent English, and ideally additional languages. Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service experience and SevenRooms familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on reception/front-of-house management in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English with professional guest communication.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
• Review guest profiles to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
• Deliver a warm, polished arrival experience aligned with Wynn standards.
• Oversee reservations, waitlists, and queue management using SevenRooms.
• Lead and develop the reception team in guest engagement and service standards.
