Job summary

RAFFLES is seeking a Banquet Floor Manager to lead luxury events with meticulous service and guest satisfaction. You will oversee setup, service, breakdown, and flawless coordination with culinary and stewarding teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rosters, coaching staff, and maintaining HACCP standards while ensuring impeccable room and public area presentation. A minimum 1-year luxury-hotel experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet floor operations ensuring seamless setup, service execution, breakdown, and coordination of events.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable service standards and anticipating guest needs.
• Coach and lead banquet team on the floor with briefings, task allocation, grooming and product knowledge.
• Set banquet budgets and forecasts; analyze monthly P&L reports.
• Prepare weekly team schedules within anticipated business operating budgets and service standards.
• Recruit and select Banquet colleagues; ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate the needs of the Catering department with interrelated departments and VIP/ cost functions.
• Inspect Banquet Servers' work and maintain function rooms and public areas.
• Enforce HACCP and safety procedures; oversee cleanliness with Hygiene Manager and Engineering.
• Assist other F&B Outlets during peak times as needed.
