Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Aquatics Training Supervisor – Pool Services to lead the lifeguard team across pool, beach, and waterfront areas, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

You will coach, schedule, and monitor safety, conduct drills, and maintain Forbes Five‑Star service across aquatic zones. Candidates should hold relevant lifeguard credentials and possess supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification (ILs/RLSS/EA or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.
• Lifeguard instructor/trainer certification and First Aid/CPR/AED instructor certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aquatic safety standards, surveillance, and emergency response.
• Minimum 2–3 years lifeguarding with supervisory or trainer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lifeguard performance across pool, beach, and waterfront areas.
• Assign positions, zones, rotations, and breaks based on demand and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings covering priorities, VIP arrivals, weather, and occupancy.
• Lead coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback for lifeguards and teammates.
• Ensure consistent lifeguard coverage, zone presence, and safety compliance.
• Lead safety drills, training, and competency assessments with documentation.
