Job summary

Wynnalmarjanisland in Dubai is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Pool Services team to enhance guest experiences at the resort. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that the pool area meets qualitative Forbes Five Star standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pool or recreation operations with supervisory experience.
• Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Pool Operator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor water quality and coordinate engineering maintenance.
• Train team members to maintain high service standards.
