Job summary

Cartier in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Client Service Associate on a part-time basis to deliver a seamless after-sales experience. You will act as the primary contact for service inquiries, guide clients through repair processes, and support the boutique and watchmaker to ensure a smooth service journey.

A successful candidate has 3+ years in client service, a flair for luxury interactions, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service.
• Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM).
• Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries.
• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care.
• Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
• Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience.
