Job summary

Cartier, a flagship brand within Richemont, seeks a Client Service Associate in Dubai to deliver exceptional after-sales support. You will be the main contact for service inquiries, guiding clients through repairs and service processes while maintaining Cartier standards.

This UAE-national, part-time role offers exposure to a global luxury environment and interactions with a diverse clientele. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking across priorities, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service.
• Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM).
• Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus).

Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence.
