Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our signature spa team. You will ensure the cleanliness and setup of spa areas, assist guests, and support daily operations with a professional, guest-focused approach.

The role requires strong English communication, a courteous manner, and a willingness to learn within a luxury hotel environment. Prior guest services experience in a 5-star setting is preferred, and Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior School qualification or equivalent is required.
• Hotel school graduates will be preferable.
• Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in the same position at a reputable 5-star hotel.
• Experience in Guest Services is preferred.
• Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check, clean and set up all spa premises according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Ensure replenishment of consumables and maintenance of furniture and equipment.
• Report any breakage or repairs to Spa management and inform colleagues.
• Operate cleaning equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and storage areas.
• Ensure spa security and safety by adhering to procedures.
• Complete shift checklists and update the log book for next shift.
• Communicate with Spa management about department information and concerns.
• Assist spa reception in daily operations as required.
