Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team. Based at the hotel, you will manage spa bookings, explain services to guests, and support reception and retail activities with professionalism.

You will deliver warm, personalized service, uphold luxury hotel standards, and communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Prior experience in a 5-star property in the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel and/or Middle East region is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
• Good computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle spa bookings and guest inquiries, ensuring accurate POS transactions.
• Explain spa services to guests and upsell treatments and retail products.
• Assist with spa reception, retail, lounge areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Provide warm and professional guest service, greeting guests and guiding them through their visit.
• Maintain guest records, emails and feedback systems and support events to meet sales targets.
