Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm in Dubai seeks a spa receptionist to warmly assist guests, provide spa information, and escort them to facilities, ensuring a refined, tranquil experience.

You will keep spa areas clean and organized, greet guests, stock amenities, and support treatment rooms according to SOPs, contributing to a seamless, luxury guest journey. Previous customer service in a luxury hotel environment is preferred; teamwork and independent work are valued. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well independently and as a team

Responsibilities

• Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
