Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City is seeking a Residence Manager for the InterContinental Residence Suites. Lead daily hotel operations, staff development, and guest experience to deliver luxury service across a large, international hotel cluster.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in guest services with 2 years in a GM capacity and fluent English; multilingual capabilities are a plus. Competitive compensation and extensive staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a Hotel Manager / General Manager capacity.
Must speak fluent English. Multiple languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate hotel goals and strategies to all levels of the hotel team.
Oversee day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the Area General Manager in developing departmental strategies and goals.
Plan staffing needs, recruitment, induction programmes, and maintain standards and procedures.
Drive a great working environment; connect departments to create one team; enforce policies.
Manage hotel operations, monitor key metrics, and control labour costs.
Lead guest experience improvements and service recovery guidelines.
Contribute to sustainability goals and ensure a green hotel.
