Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. Lead a full housekeeping operation, ensure high standards, and manage budgets and staff across luxury hotel brands.

Experience in 5-star properties and strong leadership are essential. You will supervise rooms, public areas, laundry, and staff uniforms, while maintaining compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management qualification or related field.
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
• Proficient in Opera System and Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years total experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full housekeeping department including public areas, laundry, rooms, and uniforms.
• Schedule routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and repairs.
• Coach and develop a team dedicated to high housekeeping standards.
• Educate staff on company policies, health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain inventories, budgets, and drive productivity while minimizing waste.
