Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist for our Dubai Festival City location. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a memorable stay while representing the InterContinental brand.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in front desk or guest service at a luxury property, strong English communication, and comfort with hotel systems. On-site role with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with reading, writing, basic math, and computer use, especially hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set a positive initial impression.
• Acknowledge loyalty program members and returning guests both in person and over the phone.
• Assist guests with bookings, upsell where appropriate, and explain stay-enhancing options.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Check guests in/out, manage IDs, keys, and safety deposits.
