Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will handle bookings, maximize guest requests, and uphold our service standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent, with at least one year in luxury hotel reservations. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum one year luxury hotel experience in reservations.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance, and system close-out.
• Ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
• Follow internal credit policy.
• Follow up on lost business and report to department superiors.
• Spot-check reservations and VIP arrivals.
• Test calls and achieve high LQA/IFH results (>85%).
• Participate in internal up-sell programs for Reservations.
