Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead our Reservations team and ensure optimal inventory, rate integrity, and guest satisfaction. You will train staff, manage rosters and payroll, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires leadership in a luxury hotel setting with strong communication and organizational skills, plus experience with Opera PMS and Serenata configurations.

Qualifications

• Two years of luxury hotel experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage rooms inventory to optimize occupancy, average rate, and revenue.
• Review reservations accuracy and rate availability; monitor and enforce policies.
• Roster preparation and payroll submission; supervise staff performance.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to increase productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Handle corporate accounts, VIP bookings, and executive office reservations.
• Ensure timely responses to emails and OTA portals; maintain quality checks.
