Job summary

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Reservations Agent who delivers exceptional service and supports guests with creative hospitality solutions. You will process and confirm reservations, input data into the system, handle inquiries, stay updated on promotions, apply rate structures and upsell when possible.

You will also maintain accurate room status and filing, answer calls, and coordinate visa requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front desk is preferred.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations by phone, letter or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer and record all pertinent information.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests regarding reservations.
• Keep up to date with hotel promotions and apply rate structures.
• Maintain an accurate room status and filing system.
• Promote good public relations and upsell when opportunities arise.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as required.
