Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team within the department. You will ensure efficient operation, inventory control, and high-quality guest interactions.

The role requires minimum two years in a luxury hotel and a preferred degree in hospitality management, with a focus on teamwork, integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Training techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field required or preferred.
• Two years’ luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Review availability in Opera/PMS and maintain inventory.
• Prepare team rostering and payroll inputs.
• Supervise Reservations Agents and ensure timely responses to clients.
