Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team and ensure optimal room inventory, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

You will manage rosters, payroll, and staff development, while maintaining high standards of service and close collaboration with other departments to maximise revenue and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong training, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage rooms inventory to achieve optimum occupancy, rate and revenue.
• Review Opera & PMS availability ensuring inventory for high yield segments.
• Prepare the team roster and submit monthly payroll.
• Control no-show and late cancellation charges.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to increase productivity.
• Recruit staff and organize on-the-job and monthly training.
• Supervise Reservations Agents and maintain guest relations across departments.
• Ensure corporate emails are answered within service standards.
• Monitor reservations volume and provide monthly reports.
