Job summary

Client of Limitless Recruitment is seeking a Guest Relations Manager for a prestigious upscale hospital group in Dubai, UAE. This senior, client-facing leadership role requires luxury service excellence, discretion, and a guest-centric culture to bring 5-star hospitality into a hospital environment.

Ideal candidates will have GCC luxury hotel leadership background, fluency in English plus another language, and proven ability to design guest experiences, manage surveys, handle resolutions, coach

Qualifications

• Requires 5-star hotel or resort leadership experience in GCC.
• Luxury hospitality professional with a guest-centric culture.
• Fluent English and one additional European/CIS/Balkan language or Afrikaans.
• Experience designing a Guest Experience programme.
• Experience with guest surveys and engagement tools.
• Strong resolution management experience.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Experience creating and presenting presentations.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the guest/client experience across the organisation.
• Drive luxury service standards and a strong service culture.
• Lead, coach and develop all the guest facing departments.
• Handle complex guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Drive service recovery and continuous improvement.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and KPI performance.
• Conduct service reviews, coaching and quality audits.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to improve the overall guest journey.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, discretion and personalised service.
