Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and implement a premium patient experience strategy across hospital touchpoints.
• Ensure seamless, compassionate, high-quality service from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to use patient feedback for improvements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor patient experience policies, standards, and training.
• Conduct regular assessments and satisfaction surveys to measure the patient journey.
• Manage escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Benchmark standards against healthcare and luxury hospitality best practices.
• Train staff to deliver premium, patient-focused service.
