Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Luxury hotel experience in Dubai is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage reservations with a warm, professional welcome.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus in a courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and facilities.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and politely.
• Follow established reporting procedures and communicate issues promptly.
• Maintain grooming standards in line with Waldorf Astoria guidelines.
• Answer calls courteously and record messages when needed.
• Record guest preferences, dietary requirements, and occasions accurately.
