Responsibilities

• Greeting and interacting with VIP and longstay guests, providing assistance with inquiries.
• Managing the guest journey at all touchpoints: prearrival, arrival, stay, departure and postdeparture.
• Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations by ensuring preferences are met.
• Monitoring VIP guest satisfaction with proactive communication.
• Coordinating amenities and conducting room inspections with the Personal Concierge team.
