Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, gracious and anticipatory service reflecting elegance and courtesy.
• Create personalized dining experiences by anticipating guest preferences throughout service.
• Provide expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation, portions, and dietary considerations.
• Stay informed about daily specials and promotions and communicate them clearly to guests.
• Apply refined suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Take orders accurately using approved pads and POS systems and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Follow up on dining experiences to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Maintain dining areas with refined table setups, linens, cutlery, glassware, and presentation.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while upholding cleanliness and organization.
