Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and deliver seamless, personalized service from arrival to departure.

You will uphold True Waldorf Service and Forbes Five-Star standards, respond to guest requests, upsell hotel services, and collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure memorable experiences.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality.
• Professional and welcoming demeanour with focus on Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Calm, organised, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out in a warm, professional, and personalised manner.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate special requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with Front Office leadership and share guest feedback.
• Deliver memorable True Waldorf Stories throughout the guest journey.
• Upsell rooms, services, and hotel facilities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Operate Front Office systems accurately and protect guest information.
