One&Only The Palm is seeking a Sous Chef (Greek Cuisine) to join the culinary team in Dubai. You will oversee the Greek kitchen operations, assist the Chef de Cuisine, and focus on authentic Greek dishes, quality, and guest satisfaction in a luxury 5-star setting.

We seek a candidate with 2–3 years of Sous Chef experience in Greek cuisine within upscale hotels or resorts, strong English communication, and a collaborative, growth-oriented approach. Dubai-based role with a passion for excellence.

Formación

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef specializing in Greek cuisine.
• Experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong culinary knowledge of authentic Greek cuisine; English language essential.
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills; flexible team player.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee Greek kitchen operations and support the Chef de Cuisine.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards for authentic Greek dishes and presentation.
• Manage food cost, waste, and kitchen costs within budget.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and compliance with health regulations across the Greek kitchen.
• Provide on-the-job training and assist with monthly training programs.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and drive guest satisfaction.
