Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray invites applications for a Villas Butler in the Front Office. You will greet guests, escort to rooms, manage luggage, and ensure a warm, personalized welcome in a luxury 5-star setting.

You'll anticipate guest needs, coordinate amenities, and deliver seamless F&B service while maintaining knowledge of menus and service etiquette. Proficiency in English and Russian is essential; UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
• Experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services, including arranging amenities and handling special requests.
• Deliver seamless food and beverage service, maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings and service etiquette.
• Carry out guest registration, cashiering, and related administrative tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions.
• Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service recovery and escalation when necessary.
