About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Butler to join our team of Guest Relations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Greet guests, escort them to their rooms or outlets, handle luggage, ensure room cleanliness, handle inquiries, and fulfil special requests promptly and courteously.
Anticipate and meet customer needs accurately, including those with special requirements, by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's departments, services, and amenities.
Take and process orders accurately, maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and services, and respond to guest enquiries regarding food and beverages.
Perform guest registration, cashiering, currency exchange, and other administrative duties according to service standards and directives.
Identify and resolve guest dissatisfaction promptly, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution according to established procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the Butler Pantry and Reception Desk, ensuring proper stocking and adherence to service standards.
