Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts seeks a Concierge Manager to deliver sensational guest experiences across our luxury destinations. You will lead the Front Office team, engage with guests, and drive upselling of services while maintaining FIVE’s high service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar leadership position at a luxury hotel, outstanding communication, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Weekend and holiday shifts are required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar leadership position at a luxury hotel, delivering guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sensational service standard, delivering FIVE-styled service in a timely manner.
• Leads by example, advocates sound financial and business decisions with integrity.
• Serves as a key contact for guests and responds to inquiries efficiently.
• Provides first-in-class advice and booking services for guest inquiries (city tours, tickets, restaurants, etc.).
• Keeps up to date with hotel services and VIP requests.
• Ensures orderliness and safety guidelines in lobby and front door areas.
