Job summary

RAFFLES The Palm Dubai is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury resort environment. You will prepare, present and serve cocktails and beverages, engage guests with attentive hospitality, and maintain the bar area to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, taking orders, managing stock, and ensuring a seamless guest experience while upholding brand standards. A minimum of two years in F&B and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience with detailed bar knowledge.
• Good communication and customer contact skills; well-presented and groomed.

Responsibilities

• Read daily events and VIP arrivals to prepare appropriately.
• Set up bar at opening with liquor, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Take orders, process drinks and ensure accuracy for guests and staff.
• Maintain bar stock levels and organize requisitions for F&B items.
• Keep bar area clean, organized and safe; assist with cash handling according to procedures.
