Job summary

Raffles Dubai is seeking a professional Bartender for Raffles Salon to deliver prompt and courteous drink service to guests in our award-winning lobby lounge. You will be responsible for preparing cocktails, managing bar stock and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to the hotel's luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of F&B experience with detailed bar knowledge, strong English communication and a polished, guest-focused presentation.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Team player with a creative and outgoing personality.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Good communication and customer contact skills; problem resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of beverage service styles and cocktails.
• Knowledge of hard liquor, wines, mixes/cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Read daily events to be aware of VIP arrivals.
• Maintain complete knowledge of F&B services and bar operations.
• Set up bar at opening, stock and garnish drinks.
• Process drink orders accurately and manage billing quickly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle problems with management input.
• Keep bar area neat, organized and compliant with SOPs.
