Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team with warmth, creativity, and precision. You will oversee beverage preparation, bar operations, and service quality, ensuring impeccable guest experiences for a discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel, resort, or upscale bar, excellent English, and a passion for delivering energetic, memorable service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service standards, mixology basics, and bar operations.
• Excellent English communication skills; another language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete stock orders at the end of evening shift.
• Monitor that all drinks made adhere to the recipes and are to the standard of the resort.
• Responsible for serving beverages to the guests according to One&Only standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Responsible for mixing all types of drinks and cocktails based on standardized recipes.
• Responsible for the proper storage and safety of all the stocks in the bar.
• Maintain bar stock according to established par stock level and arrange requisitioned items.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the operating equipment in the bar.
