Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury, high-energy environment. You will oversee beverage preparation, bar operations, and service quality, while maintaining stock levels and ensuring adherence to standard recipes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or upscale bar, excellent English communication, and a dynamic, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Suitable candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment.
• Excellent English communication skills are required; another language is a plus.
• Dynamic team player who delivers exceptional guest service and energetic bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team to create a warm, engaging atmosphere and a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee beverage preparation, bar operations, and adherence to standardized recipes.
• Maintain stock, inventory, and bar cleanliness; ensure safety and proper storage of beverages.
• Handle cash & cashiering tasks when assigned, and prepare daily bar reports.
• Suggestive selling to boost wine and spirits sales and uphold One&Only standards.
