Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages, engage guests with excellent service, and uphold high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness at the bar.

You will maintain knowledge of our beverage menus, assist with stock control, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a memorable guest experience in a premium hotel setting in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, professional service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu, ingredients, and promotions.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented to standard.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and requisitions.
• Process guest orders and bills via POS system.
• Communicate with kitchen and service colleagues.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
