Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages while delivering engaging guest experiences and maintaining high quality, presentation, cleanliness and service standards.

You will have knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations, and you will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in hotel, restaurant, or bar.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, promotions.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and upsell.
• Ensure beverages are consistently presented to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of bar and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and equipment.
• Process guest orders and bills through the POS system.
• Communicate with service colleagues, kitchen, and other departments.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Follow all hygiene, safety and hotel procedures.
