Job summary

THE TEAM BUILDERS in Dubai invites a seasoned Bar Manager to lead a newly opened, high-end Italian venue. You will oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and a premium guest experience.

You will train and motivate the bar team, manage beverage quality and inventory, craft innovative cocktails, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Bar & Lounge Manager in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills.
• Experience in high-end venues is preferred.
• Italian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
