Job summary

Le Méridien Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant/Food & Beverage Manager to supervise day-to-day operations across our dining outlets and room service where applicable. You will contribute to menu planning, uphold sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak times to ensure guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or related major with 2 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Leads and mentors team; trains, coaches, and develops staff.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, and liquor laws.
