Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee a multi-outlet operation within a premium hotel. You will drive profitability, shape service standards, and lead a diverse team of Heartists across outlets and banquets.

The role emphasizes budgeting, planning and marketing alignment, staff development, and guest satisfaction. You will partner with Executive teams to deliver memorable experiences, maintain brand integrity, and uphold hygiene and safety

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or F&B operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Experience in training Heartists and managing teams.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate F&B operations across outlets and banquets.
• Lead budgeting, revenue planning and cost controls.
• Recruit, train and develop Heartists and supervisors.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction; respond to complaints.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance on plans and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and brand standards.
