Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Lost & Found to lead the resort’s Lost & Found team. This role supports pre-opening operations at a luxury destination delivering guest-conscious service.

You will oversee receipt, logging, tagging and storage of found items, manage high‑value item chain of custody, coordinate returns or shipments, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, F&B and Gaming to resolve guest inquiries with discretion

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, logistics or related field.
• Minimum four years in rooms operations, housekeeping administration, guest services, stores or inventory control.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory control, chain of custody, secure storage and courier docs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Supervisory experience across multiple shifts.
• Pre-opening luxury hospitality experience.
• Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or other relevant language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, logging, photographing and storage of found items.
• Ensure chain of custody for high-value items and sensitive belongings.
• Manage guest inquiries and claims with empathy, discretion and professionalism.
• Verify ownership before release and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate returns by courier or in person; prepare shipping/docs.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, F&B and Gaming.
• Maintain SOPs and support audits and data protection.
• Lead team training and development across shifts.
• Report metrics on found items and trends to leadership.
