You will ensure compelling visual displays, accurate stock levels, and smooth daily operations while maintaining Wynn’s brand standards and guest experience. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected, with health benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Support the Store Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail operations.
