• Support the Store Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail operations.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure product displays and store presentation align with Wynn's luxury standards and seasonal themes.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing trends.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement promotional strategies and support marketing initiatives.
• Uphold Wynn's brand values and ensure a refined, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
