Job summary

Intertech Vision Middle East in the UAE is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Associate to manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities. You will handle receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and delivering materials, and assist with project material requirements and documentation.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, including Oracle NetSuite, plus strong Excel and English communication. You will coordinate with procurement, projects, finance, suppliers, freight forwarders,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Previous UAE experience is required.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials.
• Organize materials properly within the warehouse.
• Manage materials assigned to different projects and sites.
• Issue materials to project teams and keep accurate records.
• Track materials sent to projects and manage returns.
• Keep warehouse and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Carry out regular stock checks and report any differences.
• Enter all material and warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare and process LPOs and purchase-related documents.
• Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents.
