Job summary

RoboHub in Dubai is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage stock receipts, inspections, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced operations environment.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain tidy storage areas, and work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes
  
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, flagging discrepancies or damaged items promptly
  
• Organise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval
  
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds
  
• Maintain an asset register for all items in the store including equipment and spare parts
  
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders
  
• Ensure all items are packed securely and labelled correctly as per shipping requirements
  
• Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups, provide required documents, and follow up on delivery status
