Job summary

Careers International in the United Arab Emirates Dubai is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage incoming materials for joinery, fit-out, and construction projects. You will oversee reception, storage, issue issuance to production teams, and maintain accurate records.

This role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong organizational skills. You will support audits, stock checks, and coordinate with procurement and site teams to meet delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience as storekeeper or store executive in joinery, fit-out, or construction.
• Familiarity with interior fit-out materials (wood, laminates, hardware, finishes).
• Proficient in using inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and handle material movement efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and POs.
• Organize and store materials for easy identification and access.
• Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain stock levels and initiate reorder requests.
• Update inventory records and generate stock reports.
• Monitor movement of materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams for material requirements.
• Identify and report damaged or non-compliant materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist audits.
