Job summary

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join our team in the UAE. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and delivering materials. The candidate will also support project material requirements, prepare logistics and purchasing documents, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records in the company ERP system. The role requires regular coordination with procurement, projects, finance, suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials.
• Organize materials properly within the warehouse.
• Manage materials assigned to different projects and sites.
• Issue materials to project teams and keep accurate records.
• Track materials sent to projects and manage returned items.

• Coordinate local and international deliveries and shipments.

• Support customs clearance and follow up with clearing agents when required.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Track shipments and follow up until materials are delivered or cleared.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement, projects, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Previous UAE experience is required.
• Experience in project-based material handling, allocation, issuance, and returns.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Knowledge of import, export, shipping, and customs clearance procedures.
• Experience preparing and processing LPOs and purchase-related documents.
• Hands‑on ERP experience is required.
• Experience with Oracle Net Suite is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, Inventory Transfers, Material Issues, Returns, and Stock Adjustments.
• Good MS Excel and computer skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to maintain accurate records.
• Must be able to follow up with suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Must be able to manage daily warehouse and logistics activities with limited supervision.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
