Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or project-material coordination.
- Formal logistics or business education foundations are expected.
- Certifications in logistics or ERP systems are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities to support timely movement of materials, equipment and supplies.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate logistics status records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses and internal project teams.
- Prepare and verify delivery notes, shipping documents and related records.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory and material movement records using spreadsheets or logistics systems.
- Support site and project teams with material availability and delivery coordination.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with procedures and documentation requirements.
