Job summary

Emerson MENA in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory control, order processing, and cross‑functional coordination with manufacturing, supply chain and customer care teams.

You will enter receipts in the Oracle system, book finished goods in the FG App, perform cycle counts for raw materials, and ensure timely, accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse function (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
• Update received items in Oracle for inventory tracking.
• Book finished goods in the FG App.
• Perform cycle counts for raw materials to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with customer care on inbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory transactions in Oracle.
• Collaborate with DG and wooden packing agents for handling and packaging.
