Job summary

Transguard Group is seeking a Manager - Planning to lead the logistics planning for our Transport Team at HQ in Dubai. The role oversees route planning and deployment for a large fleet, linking operational rosters with headcount and transport plans.

You will manage a team of analysts, own fleet technology including GPS, planning systems and Power BI, and drive reporting on planned vs. actual performance while identifying cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of MS Excel and MS Office with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards is required.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, logistics or related field is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee route planning and fleet deployment for 2000 vehicles.
• Coordinate with demand planning and stakeholders to validate rosters and plans.
• Lead a team of analysts and supervisors for monthly deployments and BI reporting.
• Manage TMS vendors and ensure SLAs and system performance.
