Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet services or fleet operations within UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and transport regulations.
• Experience managing vehicle maintenance schedules and fleet documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a fleet of 200 commercial vehicles across all Emirates.
• Plan and optimize vehicle scheduling and allocation.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate breakdown repairs.
• Ensure vehicles comply with UAE RTA regulations.
• Manage distribution permits for transportation.
• Monitor vehicle tracking systems and fuel usage.
• Coordinate with workshops for inspections and repairs.
• Maintain accurate fleet reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with road safety standards.
