Job summary

XAD Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. You will supervise drivers, monitor fuel usage, and ensure maintenance compliance to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, coordinating repairs and renewals, and implementing strategic cost-saving initiatives across contracting, logistics, and transportation sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of fleet management experience in contracting, logistics, or transportation sectors.
• Valid driving license.
• Fleet management certifications are optional but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations and scheduling.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate repairs, insurance claims, and routine maintenance.
• Implement fleet cost control and optimization strategies.
• Supervise drivers and provide regular performance feedback.
• Manage fleet acquisition, disposal, and renewal plans.
